Clone SPM422 is a mouse monoclonal antibody specific to the human gene, HLA-DQA1, or Major histocompatibility complex, class II, DQ alpha 1. Another name for the gene is HLA-DQ. This antibody clone has been reported to also recognize the porcine ortholog of the target gene. Indicated applications for antibody clone SPM422 include immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, and immunofluorescence.
