Anti-CD85g antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CD85g antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the LILRA4 gene, which encodes leukocyte immunoglobulin like receptor A4. This protein is known to function in cytokine-mediated signaling pathways and innate immune responses, among other biological roles. The human version of CD85g has a canonical amino acid length of 499 residues and a protein mass of 55.2 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the testis, spleen, and lymph node. This target antigen may also be known as ILT7.
