Anti-TLR1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein toll like receptor 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 786 amino acid residues and a mass of 90.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasmic vesicles, golgi, and cell membrane. It is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. A member of a the Toll-like receptor protein family, TLR1 is known to participate in the innate immune response to microbial agents. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include TIL, TIL. LPRS5, rsc786, toll/interleukin-1 receptor-like protein, and CD281.
