A majority of suppliers have reported the clone IV.3 to be a mouse monoclonal antibody specific to the human gene, FCGR2A, also known as Fc fragment of IgG receptor IIa and CD32. Other suppliers describe clone IV.3 to be a mouse monoclonal antibody against human FCGR2B, or Fc fragment of IgG receptor IIb. Indicated applications for antibody clone IV.3 include flow cytometry and ELISA.
