Anti-CDCP2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein CUB domain containing protein 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 449 amino acid residues and a mass of 48.8 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. CDCP2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Indicated applications for CDCP2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
