Anti-NALP6 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NALP6 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NLRP6 gene, which encodes NLR family pyrin domain containing 6. This protein is known to function in viral immune response, among other biological roles. The human version of NALP6 has a canonical amino acid length of 892 residues and a protein mass of 98.8 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane, nucleus, and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the duodenum and small intestine. NALP6 is a member of the NLRP protein family. Indicated applications for NALP6 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
