Anti-LRRC46 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 46. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 321 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.3 kDa. It is notably expressed in the testis, nasopharynx, fallopian tube, endometrium, and bronchus. Synonyms for this target antigen include leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 46. LRRC46 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some LRRC46 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunohistochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
