Anti-DMWD antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein DM1 locus, WD repeat containing. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 674 amino acid residues and a mass of 70.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include DMR-N9, DMRN9, gene59, dystrophia myotonica WD repeat-containing protein, dystrophia myotonica, WD repeat containing, and D19S593E. DMWD gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the DMWD antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
