Anti-TMEM270 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein 270. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 265 amino acid residues and a mass of 29.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include Williams-Beuren syndrome critical region 28, williams-Beuren syndrome chromosomal region 28 protein, and Williams-Beuren syndrome chromosome region 28. TMEM270 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. These TMEM270 antibodies are widely used in ELISA experiments, among other applications.
