Anti-TOK-1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TOK-1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the BCCIP gene, which encodes BRCA2 and CDKN1A interacting protein. This protein is known to function in DNA repair and cytoskeleton organization, among other biological roles. The human version of TOK-1 has a canonical amino acid length of 314 residues and a protein mass of 36 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells. TOK-1 is a member of the BCP1 protein family. Indicated applications for TOK-1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence.
