Anti-WD repeat domain 87 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the WDR87 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 2873 amino acid residues and a mass of 333.2 kDa. Alternative splicing is reported to yield 2 different isoforms for this protein. Other names for this target antigen include WD repeat-containing protein 87 and testis development protein NYD-SP11.
