Anti-CABCOCO1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ciliary associated calcium binding coiled-coil 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 208 amino acid residues and a mass of 23.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. It is notably expressed in the testis, nasopharynx, fallopian tube, endometrium, and bronchus. Synonyms for this target antigen include ARID5B-inducing enhancer associated long noncoding RNA, uncharacterized protein C10orf107, and ciliary-associated calcium-binding coiled-coil protein 1. CABCOCO1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These Cabcoco1 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
