Anti-CLBA1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein clathrin binding box of aftiphilin containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 325 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.7 kDa. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the endometrium, urinary bladder, and colon. Synonyms for this target antigen include clathrin-binding box of aftiphilin-containing protein 1, uncharacterized protein C14orf79, and uncharacterized protein CLBA1. CLBA1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. These CLBA1 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
