Anti-ZNF165 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 165. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 485 amino acid residues and a mass of 55.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is notably expressed in the testis. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF165 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include LD65, ZSCAN7, cancer/testis antigen 53, zinc finger and SCAN domain-containing protein 7, and CT53. ZNF165 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the ZNF165 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
