Anti-STK32A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein serine/threonine kinase 32A. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 396 amino acid residues and a mass of 46.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family, STK32A is known to be involved with intracellular signal transduction and peptidyl-serine phosphorylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include A930015B13Rik, CTB-108O6.2, yet another novel kinase 1, and serine/threonine-protein kinase 32A. STK32A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the STK32A antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
