Anti-TTC13 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein tetratricopeptide repeat domain 13. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 860 amino acid residues and a mass of 96.8 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include TPR repeat protein 13, epididymis secretory sperm binding protein, and tetratricopeptide repeat protein 13. TTC13 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunohistochemistry is the most common application for the TTC13 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Western Blot are also common applications.
