Anti-ARF2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ARF2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ARF4 gene, which encodes ADP ribosylation factor 4. This protein is known to function in cell migration and cilium assembly, among other biological roles. The human version of ARF2 has a canonical amino acid length of 180 residues and a protein mass of 20.5 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the Golgi of cells. ARF2 is a member of the Arf protein family. A number of ARF2 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
