Anti-UAP1L1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein UDP-N-acetylglucosamine pyrophosphorylase 1 like 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 507 amino acid residues and a mass of 57 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the UDPGP type 1 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include UDP-N-acteylglucosamine pyrophosphorylase 1-like 1, and UDP-N-acetylhexosamine pyrophosphorylase-like protein 1. UAP1L1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some UAP1L1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
