Anti-PRR22 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein proline rich 22. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 422 amino acid residues and a mass of 44 kDa. It is notably expressed in the testis. Synonyms for this target antigen include proline-rich protein 22. PRR22 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, chimpanzee and chicken species. ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for PRR22 antibodies.
