Anti-C19orf57 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the C19orf57 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the BRME1 gene, which encodes break repair meiotic recombinase recruitment factor 1. This protein is known to function in spermatogenesis, among other biological roles. The human version of C19orf57 has a canonical amino acid length of 668 residues and a protein mass of 69.6 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the chromosomes of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the breast and esophagus. These C19orf57 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
