Anti-RIPK6 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the RIPK6 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the LRRK1 gene, which encodes leucine rich repeat kinase 1. This protein is known to function in intracellular signal transduction and the Wnt signaling pathway, among other biological roles. The human version of RIPK6 has a canonical amino acid length of 2015 residues and a protein mass of 225.4 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells. RIPK6 is a member of the TKL Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family.
