Anti-MAGE4 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target MAGE4 is a known alias name of the protein MAGE family member A4, encoded by the MAGEA4 gene in humans. This 317-amino acid residue protein is reported to regulate cell proliferation through the inhibition of cell cycle arrest at the G1 phase. It is reported to be expressed in the testis. Other synonyms for MAGE4 include CT1.4, MAGE-41, and MAGE-X2. Indicated applications for MAGE4 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
