Anti-MAGE-41 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the MAGE-41 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the MAGEA4 gene, which encodes MAGE family member A4. This protein is known to function in the regulation of apoptosis and the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of MAGE-41 has a canonical amino acid length of 317 residues and a protein mass of 34.9 kilodaltons. It is reported to be notably expressed in the testis. Other names for this target antigen include CT1.4 and MAGE-X2. Indicated applications for MAGE-41 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
