Anti-ZNF548 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 548. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 533 amino acid residues and a mass of 62.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF548 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF548 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. These ZNF548 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
