Anti-ZNF528 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 528. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 628 amino acid residues and a mass of 72.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF528 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF528 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. These ZNF528 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
