Anti-ZNF480 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 480. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 535 amino acid residues and a mass of 61.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be expressed in fetal heart, heart, skeletal muscle, pancreas and placenta. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF480 is known to be involved in transcriptional regulation as an activator. These ZNF480 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
