Anti-CD324 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CD324 is a known alias name of the protein cadherin 1, encoded by the CDH1 gene in humans. This 882-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cell adhesion, among other biological processes. It is localized to the Golgi and cell membrane of the cell and features O-glycosylated, N-glycosylated, ubiquitinated, cleaved and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for CD324 include Arc-1, Arc-1, and BCDS1. A number of CD324 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
