Anti-ATP5O antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ATP5O antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ATP5PO gene, which encodes ATP synthase peripheral stalk subunit OSCP. The human version of ATP5O has a canonical amino acid length of 213 residues and a protein mass of 23.3 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the mitochondria of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as ATPO. Western Blot is the most common application for the ATP5O antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
