Anti-TIG2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TIG2 is a known alias name of the protein retinoic acid receptor responder 2, encoded by the RARRES2 gene in humans. This 163-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cell differentiation and chemotaxis, among other biological processes. The protein is secreted and features cleaved post-translational modifications. Other synonyms for TIG2 include HP10433 and retinoic acid receptor responder protein 2. Indicated applications for TIG2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
