Anti-GASP1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target GASP1 is a known alias name of the protein G protein-coupled receptor associated sorting protein 1, encoded by the GPRASP1 gene in humans. This 1395-amino acid residue protein is a member of the GPRASP protein family. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in the brain, with lower expression in medulla, spinal cord and substantia nigra. The term GASP is another synonym for GASP1. Indicated applications for GASP1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
