Anti-RPC4 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RPC4 is a known alias name of the protein RNA polymerase III subunit D, encoded by the POLR3D gene in humans. This 398-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in innate immune responses, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for RPC4 include BN51T and C53.
