Anti-PLAC8 like 1 antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the PLAC8L1 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 177 amino acid residues and a mass of 19.9 kDa. It is a member of the Cornifelin protein family. Other names for this target antigen include PLAC8-like protein 1. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish and chimpanzee species.
