Anti-CD361 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CD361 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the EVI2B gene, which encodes ecotropic viral integration site 2B. This protein is known to function in the regulation of apoptosis and granulocyte differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of CD361 has a canonical amino acid length of 448 residues and a protein mass of 48.7 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bone marrow, tonsil, and adrenal gland.
