Anti-TEX47 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein testis expressed 47. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 253 amino acid residues and a mass of 29.5 kDa. It is reported to have testis-specific expression. Synonyms for this target antigen include dynein-associated BLUF protein, uncharacterized protein C7orf62, and testis-expressed protein 47. TEX47 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the TEX47 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
