Anti-RETREG3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein reticulophagy regulator family member 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 466 amino acid residues and a mass of 51.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the ER. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the RETREG protein family, RETREG3 is known to be involved with neuronal development. Synonyms for this target antigen include family with sequence similarity 134 member C, protein FAM134C, and reticulophagy regulator 3. RETREG3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some RETREG3 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
