Anti-CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 7 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene CNOT7 in humans. The gene may also be known as CAF-1, CAF1, Caf1a, hCAF-1, BTG1-binding factor 1, and CCR4-associated factor 1. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 32.7 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
