Anti-EPHX3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein epoxide hydrolase 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 360 amino acid residues and a mass of 40.9 kDa. A member of the Epoxide hydrolase protein family, EPHX3 is known to catalyze the hydrolysis of epoxide-containing fatty acids. Synonyms for this target antigen include abhydrolase domain containing 9 and abhydrolase domain-containing protein 9. EPHX3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chimpanzee species. Some EPHX3 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
