Anti-ZNF121 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 121. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 390 amino acid residues and a mass of 44.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF121 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include ZHC32, ZNF20, zinc finger protein 121 (clone ZHC32), and D19S204. ZNF121 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF121 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
