Anti-ZNF502 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 502. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 544 amino acid residues and a mass of 62.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF502 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF502 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF502 antibodies listed below. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
