In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1336 amino acid residues and a mass of 147 kDa. The SH3TC1 marker can be used to identify Double-Positive ?ß Thymocytes.* Synonyms for this target antigen include SH3 domain and tetratricopeptide repeats-containing protein 1, and SH3 domain and tetratricopeptide repeat-containing protein 1. SH3TC1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the SH3TC1 antibodies listed below.
