Anti-FHR5 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target FHR5 is a known alias name of the protein complement factor H related 5, encoded by the CFHR5 gene in humans. This 569-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in complement regulation. The protein is secreted and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed by the liver and secreted in plasma. Indicated applications for FHR5 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
