Anti-ZNF181 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 181. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 571 amino acid residues and a mass of 65.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF181 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF181 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and bovine species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the ZNF181 antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunocytochemistry is also a common application.
