Anti-Ubiquitin specific peptidase 10 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene USP10 in humans. The gene may also be known as UBPO, ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 10, and deubiquitinating enzyme 10. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 87.1 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, plant, fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
