Anti-testis specific 13 antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the TSGA13 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 275 amino acid residues and a mass of 31.8 kDa. It is reported to have testis-specific expression. Other names for this target antigen include testis-specific gene 13 protein and testis-specific A13. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the testis specific 13 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
