Anti-polymerase (RNA) II subunit J2 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The polymerase (RNA) II subunit J2 antigen is another term for the human protein RNA polymerase II subunit J2, encoded by the POLR2J2 gene. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 115 residues and a mass of 13.1 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. The polymerase (RNA) II subunit J2 protein is a member of the Archaeal Rpo11/eukaryotic RPB11/RPC19 RNA polymerase subunit protein family.
