Anti-CFAP77 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein cilia and flagella associated protein 77. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 320 amino acid residues and a mass of 36.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell projections. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the testis, fallopian tube, and bronchus. It is a member of the CFAP77 protein family. CFAP77 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the CFAP77 antibodies listed below. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
