Anti-RERG like antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the RERGL gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 205 amino acid residues and a mass of 23.9 kDa. A member of the Ras protein family, it is known to bind GDP/GTP and may possess intrinsic GTPase activity. Other names for this target antigen include ras-related and estrogen-regulated growth inhibitor-like protein and RERG/RAS-like.
