Anti-IL38 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target IL38 is a known alias name of the protein interleukin 1 family member 10, encoded by the IL1F10 gene in humans. This 152-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the cellular response to lipopolysaccharides and cytokine-mediated signaling pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cytoplasm and is secreted of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in fetal skin, spleen and tonsil. Indicated applications for IL38 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
