Anti-UNC5H2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target UNC5H2 is a known alias name of the protein unc-5 netrin receptor B, encoded by the UNC5B gene in humans. This 945-amino acid residue protein is a known receptor for netrin required for axon guidance. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated, palmitoylated, cleaved and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in the brain. Indicated applications for UNC5H2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, and Western Blot.
