Anti-CD66f antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CD66f antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PSG1 gene, which encodes pregnancy specific beta-1-glycoprotein 1. This protein is known to function in signal transduction pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of CD66f has a canonical amino acid length of 419 residues and a protein mass of 47.2 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be a secreted protein that is notably expressed in the placenta and testis. This target antigen may also be known as B1G1.
